Outside of these, I am a Christian, a wife, mother of three, grandmother of four, and dog mom to Peanut and Duudle Lee. I enjoy quietness and stillness. I also get genuinely excited over the small things and love a good aha moment.

Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, strengths-based work, and trauma-informed care.

The goal is not to force a one-size-fits-all method, but to use what is most helpful for where you are and what you need.
