You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You may come in with questions, doubts, worries, mixed feelings, or only a general sense that something feels off, heavy, confusing, or harder to manage than it used to be.
Stress and emotional pain can also show up in your body. You may notice restlessness, fidgeting, pacing, headaches, tension, trouble sleeping, or feeling worn down without fully understanding why.
At BounceBack Counseling, we start with what is happening in your real life. Together, we look at the thoughts, emotions, body reactions, patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be affecting how you feel, respond, and move forward.
