After You Notice…CHOOSE.
The PAUSE created room.
NOTICE helped you see more of what was there.
Now you have something you may not have had before: a clearer view.
What you noticed may have been difficult. Maybe something really is harder than you have been admitting. Maybe you cannot fix the situation the way you hoped you could. Maybe something keeps repeating, a need has gone unmet, or you have been waiting for a change that has not come.
Or maybe you noticed something encouraging. Something is working. Someone has been there for you. You are handling more than you realized. A small change is making a difference. There is still something good here.
Whatever you noticed, you now get to decide what you will do with it.
That is where choice begins.
Choosing does not mean you suddenly have control over everything that is happening. Some circumstances will remain outside of your control. Other people still get to make their own decisions. Difficult situations do not disappear simply because you can see them more clearly.
But clarity can help you recognize where you do have a choice.
You may choose to say what you need instead of hoping someone notices. You may ask for help. Set a limit. Try something differently. Let go of something you have been trying to fix. Give something more time. Pay attention to what is going well and do more of it. Take one small step instead of trying to change everything at once.
You may even decide that you are not ready to make a larger decision yet.
That is still a choice.
The important difference is that you are no longer responding only from the noise of the moment. You have paused long enough to create room. You have noticed enough to see more clearly. Now you can consider what fits what you know, what you need, what matters to you, and what is actually within your control.
Your choice does not have to be perfect.
It does not have to solve everything.
It just needs to be yours.
